By not aligning our business with any specific solution providers we make use of any and all resources available for an IT solution and can provide the best solutions derived based on customer need and not financial profit thereby differentiating ourselves from our competition.
Company Background
Honest PC Help was founded in Arvada, CO by two brothers, Michael and Gregory Empey, in September 2010. The company was established out of a need for educational IT support services in Charter Schools along the Colorado Front Range. Both brothers had been working independently in IT for many years and they determined that by working together they could provide a much needed service to the schools of Colorado. The company was incorporated as a LLC with both brothers holding equal share of the company.
The origin of the company date back to the late 1990’s when both brothers worked in the IT industry as computer technicians. Mike had worked in the IT industry 8 years as a network technician and systems administrator before making the switch to teaching in the spring of 2006. This background, coupled his 8 years of teaching technology education, has proven to be a valuable asset for many schools in Colorado. Mike focuses on providing low-cost IT projects and solutions for Charter Schools. His vast knowledge dealing with multiple vendors and service providers allows him to custom tailor solutions for each individual client. Greg’s work focused more on enterprise class security and solutions within the IT industry for such companies as TekGroup and Myxer. Greg has extensive experience in enterprise IT systems and he uses that knowledge to bring the forefront of technological solutions to the Charter Schools he serves.
Since incorporation the company has expanded focus to include small business and home IT solutions. The brothers determined, with their knowledge of technology, that they could bring the same quality service solutions to other business markets. The company now focuses on providing quality IT services to home, small business, and education.
